South African Irette Ferriera has left the Cape Town International Convention Centre to join the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) as its International Sales Manager.
The QNCC is due to open next year and Ferriera will focus on ramping up the centre’s promotional activity to the international meetings market.
Ferriera also held worked on the Western Cape Secretariat for the Exhibition and Event Association of Southern Africa (EXSA) for two years and specialised in the education brief for the Western Cape committee for the South African Conference Industry (SAACI).
