Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau joins ABPCO

News

UK – The Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau (BVCB) has joined the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers’ (ABPCO) corporate member scheme, which launched in 2010.

The Northern Ireland bureau joins ABPCO members such as the Derry Visitor and Convention Bureau, The Barbican, Nottingham Conferences and Visit London.

The corporate member scheme was launched with the aim to “develop closer ties with suppliers and the association’s UK-wide network of PCO members”.

“The initiative is already making significant progress and we were thrilled to see our corporate members represented for the first time at our annual conference in Manchester recently. We look forward to working closely with the team at BVCB,” says ABPCO Chair Rebecca Cadman-Jones.

The ABPCO conference took place between 19 and 21 January at venues across the city, including: Manchester United, the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), Manchester Cathedral, the Renaissance and Jury’s hotels.
