Following its “IMPACT Sustainable Meeting,” package launched in 2022, designed to help the company achieve its sustainable development goals, Thailand-based IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd’s new Green Meeting Package provides a structured mechanism to leverage industry resources dedicated to sustainability. These include:
- Discouraging the use of tablecloths, chair covers, straws, and plastic bottled water at meetings.
- Separating waste in separate bins, opting for reusable trash cans, and using environmentally friendly paper bags, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid.
- Offering plant-based protein menu options and donating excess food.
- Writing a carbon footprint report and keeping track of a process from set up to tear down.
