Tourism Diversity Matters’ The Collective Experience in Philadelphia

At the end of October, attendees assembled in Philadelphia for Tourism Diversity Matters’ The Collective Experience, a conference which brought together members of several business communities – including corporate, non-profit, government and academia – to create a learning forum focused on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies that will foster fair treatment, access, and advancement for all.

Tourism and hospitality industry leaders from across the Northeast of America gathered to participate in the conference.

Gregg Caren, president & CEO, Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, said: “Philadelphia had the distinct privilege to be the host city for Tourism Diversity Matters’ inaugural The Collective Experience conference. It was an incredible two days of discussions, keynotes, and panels that was both enriching and inspiring. Congratulations to our colleagues and friends at TDM on such a wonderful event. We were also thrilled with the support and participation of all of our Northeast DMO counterparts.”
