Chicago-based business event management firm PRA, has announced it has been selected for the eleventh straight year to provide airport and hotel transportation systems and staffing for the 3,500 hosted buyers attending IMEX America 2022. The company says IMEX has granted it the official DMC contract through 2032 to continue to provide destination management hosted buyer services.
PRA works with the IMEX America hosted buyer team in coordinating what is a complex transportation programme, while providing an emergency contingency plan for the event.
IMEX America is the largest trade show for the meetings industry in the USA and it runs at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, (which is connected to the show’s Headquarters Hotel, The Venetian®|The Palazzo®), 11-13 October, 2022.
