Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) Mondial Congress & Events has been certified as a Trusted Partner by MedTech Europe. The certification ensures the organisation of medical and scientific congresses in accordance with the new MedTech Code of Ethical Business Practice.
With the Ethical MedTech initiative, non-profit organisation MedTech Europe has launched a portal to foster ethical and compliance initiatives in the sector, regulating the relationships between physicians and medical professionals. This is to ensure transparency and compliance with the new MedTech Code of Ethical Business Practice, going into effect on 1 January 2018.
The certification serves as proof of familiarity with the new Code and has several advantages for PCOs involved in the medical technology industry.
Certified PCO staff have a high level of awareness of the rules and regulations in effect as well as experience in handling educational grants. The PCO can also advise organisers in matters relating to location, destination, accessibility and entertainment options in line with the Code of Ethical Business Practice.
Mondial Congress & Events is part of the Mondial Travel Group, which was founded in 1966 in Baden near Vienna.
Mondial organises between 30 and 50 congresses a year.
