EUROPE – Brand experience agency Jack Morton Worldwide has opened a new office in Germany and has already secured its first clients in Microsoft Dynamics, Novartis and Merck Serono.

“This is an exciting launch for us and I’m delighted Jack Morton is able to become part of the marketing community in Germany,” said Julian Pullan, President, EMEA.

“We’re passionate about connecting brands with people through innovative and market-leading ideas and I know that with Jens at the helm we will be able to continue to build on this ethos in our work with brands in Germany.”

The firm is currently celebrating 75 years in business, and has worked with German clients including Wella and Nivea, building campaign teams from its extensive global network.

Based in Dusseldorf, the new office will be led by Managing Director, Jens Mayer who will oversee the development, growth and operations of the agency in the German-speaking market.

“Jack Morton is an industry-leading agency in all the countries in which it has established itself and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to extend the agency’s creative and strategic vision to brands in Germany,” said Mayer.

Prior to joining the firm, Mayer was Managing Director for a number of agencies including Informa Business Communication and IVBC (an Informa subsidiary), and has experience working with high profile brands and public institutions including KPMG, Intel, Ikea, and Esprit in Germany.

Dino Celjo will be supporting Mayer as Director of Marketing and Sales Development. Celjo was previously Director of Marketing at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Forum and Head of Marketing at Informa Virtual Business Communication (a Euroforum subsidiary).

The agency has further expanded with the acquisition of leading digital, mobile and social firm Genuine Interactive.
