AV-Grads ICC Sydney

International Convention Centre Sydney (managed by ASM Global) has opened its Audio-Visual (AV) Graduate Programme for applications. The programme, in its sixth edition, will create a career pathway for newly-qualified technicians to join the venue’s ranks, starting February 2025.

As part of the year-long initiative, graduates will gain exposure to a calendar of events, exhibitions and conventions, working across all areas of ICC Sydney’s AV and production services. These include audio, lighting, vision, rigging, staging and digital event solutions.

ICC Sydney CEO, Adam Mather-Brown said: “Brian Nash’s leadership of our audio-visual services department has been instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, constant improvement and technical excellence – and the outcomes of the AV Graduate Programme are testament to this.”

ICC Sydney director of audio-visual services, Brian Nash said: “For the graduates, the ICC Sydney AV Graduate Programme is a proven pathway to gain invaluable experience working on complex and creative events – with the mentoring opportunities available to them being a significant benefit. Previously, we have progressed 100% of the graduates to casual and permanent roles at the venue.”
