Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company – (ADNEC) is marking the 10th anniversary of its ownership of ExCeL London. ADNEC made the acquisition in May 2008.
The same year it started the Phase 2 construction and London’s ICC, completed in 2010.
In 2009 the venue hosted the G20 Summit and was a host venue for the London 2012 Olympics.
In 2015 ADNEC invested £15m in the catering experience at ExCeL and the following year opened CentrEd at ExCeL, a £1.5m, meeting and training venue alongside Royal Victoria Dock.
Over the years 39 delegates from ADNEC have been to London to share knowledge, skills and best practice.
