On 9 October AIPC announced its 2024 line-up of AIPC Future Shapers, welcoming in a new cohort of high performers in the convention centre management industry in the year ahead.
Nine new candidates have been accepted into the eight-month accelerated leadership course, who will improve their skills through masterclasses, business case development, and the opportunity to promote their solutions to industry challenges at the July 2024 AIPC Conference in Costa Rica.
AIPC president, Greg O’Dell, says: “Participants are not only learning from industry legends and business leader coaches, but they’re now also benefiting from the insights of Future Shaper alumni still connected to the programme.
“AIPC Future Shapers has established itself as a program that benefits our people, venues and customers, creating efficiencies, better customer experiences and stronger leadership. The motivation of connecting with global peers through a world-class leadership course remains core to the success of the AIPC Future Shapers program and the key driver for these bright stars.”
AIPC CEO, Sven Bossu says he is looking forward to supporting the next generation of CEOs to think and act like leaders over the eight-month course.
“This year we have another unique mix of talent – from operational managers to sales directors to employee engagement and governance experts – all eager to learn from the high-intensity programme and play their part of building a better future.”
